Problem

Imperium had a substantial Next 16 e-commerce app (shop, cart, checkout, account, admin, newsletter, 28principles, portal) but no federation integration — leads invisible to the dashboard, no cross-promo, no Pantheon CEO.

Solution

Federation polish: ported InboundTracker to src/components, built SponsorEmbed client component with suppress map for /checkout, /cart, /admin, /account, /portal. Added Org JSON-LD, metadataBase, sitemap, robots, llms.txt, Satori-safe OG. Pantheon CEO seeded with Rockefeller lens.
